Manekin LLC, a commercial real estate company, has promoted four senior sales and leasing associates to vice president.

Athan Sunderland represents tenants and institutional landlords in the Baltimore-Washington office, flex and industrial markets. Laura Westervelt represents tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. Both work at the company's headquarters in Columbia.

Matthew J. Haas specializes in the sale and leasing of office real estate in the Baltimore area. He joined Manekin in 1999 after serving as president of Haas Tailoring Co., a 102-year- old family business. Kevin J. Haus specializes in leasing and sales of office and flex real estate. He joined the company after 15 years with KLNB Inc. Both work in Baltimore.

Farrell joins Mason Dixon as home loan consultant

Kim Farrell of Marriottsville has joined mortgage lender Mason Dixon Funding as a home loan consultant. The company has offices in Rockville, and Fairfax and Chantilly, Va.

Farrell previously held a management position at the Federal National Mortgage Association and is a licensed settlement agent.
