Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northern District

Robbery: Police were seeking a man who robbed Paul Chen's Hong Kong Restaurant in the 2400 block of N. Charles St. of more than $100 about 12:30 p.m. Saturday. After the man asked the price of a food item, he went behind the counter and removed the money from a cash register.

Assault: A 28-year-old man was walking in the 3700 block of Greenmount Ave. on Saturday afternoon when he was attacked by several other males. He was kicked, struck, stabbed with an unknown weapon and hit with a bottle. He was treated at Union Memorial Hospital for injuries to his chest, side and legs.

Northeastern District

Rape: A 15-year-old girl reported Saturday that she was raped in the home of a friend in the 1700 block of Montpelier St. on Jan. 6. The girl told police she was sitting on a living room sofa when a teenage boy she knew forced her to disrobe and then raped her. No arrest had been made.

Southeastern District

Robbery: Two women were walking in the 2100 block of Boston St. about 10:30 p.m. Friday when two men, one wearing black face paint and armed with a handgun, demanded their purses. When the women resisted, a struggle broke out, during which the men grabbed the purses and fled. Taken with the purses were two cell phones, a digital camera, money and personal items.

Eastern District

Robbery: A man paid for two soft drinks at Burger King in the 1200 block of Orleans St. about 6 p.m. Friday, then pulled out a knife and ordered a clerk to give him money from a cash register. He fled with $20.

Drug arrests: Officer Timothy Stach was conducting surveillance in the 400 block of N. Port St. about 7 p.m. Friday when he observed a man selling narcotics. Arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute was James Richardson, 40, of the first block of S. Kresson St. Recovered at the scene were seven vials of cocaine. Three hours later, Stach was in a covert position in the 700 block of N. Kenwood Ave. when he observed drug activity between three people. Arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and heroin with intent to distribute was Warren Peoples, 21, of the 800 block of N. Linwood Ave. Several vials of cocaine and heroin were seized.

Southern District

Theft from vehicle: A coat valued at $200 was stolen Saturday from a 1993 Saturn parked in the 500 block of Light St.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Robbery: A 34-year-old man was walking along South Woodward Drive near Maryland Avenue about 3 a.m. Saturday when he was assaulted by several male attackers and robbed of $20. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for minor injuries.

North Point Precinct

Burglary: An undisclosed sum of money was stolen over the weekend from the bedroom of a house in the 7400 block of Wenig Ave. by someone who entered through the kitchen door after breaking a window.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: A pizza shop deliveryman was about to enter his car in the 8400 block of Greenway Road about 12:15 p.m. Saturday when he was assaulted by two men, one armed with a revolver, and robbed of a cell phone and his wallet containing $40.

Franklin Precinct

Burglary: Someone broke into a house in the 12100 block of Long Lake Drive in Reisterstown over the weekend through a kitchen window, entered the basement and stole five bottles of wine.
