City woman, 90, is killed in a three-car accident

PIKESVILLE - A 90-year-old Baltimore woman was killed Thursday afternoon when the car in which she was riding was struck by two other vehicles on Reisterstown Road.

Rose A. Levine of the 6200 block of Woodcrest Ave. died at Sinai Hospital after the Chevrolet Cavalier in which she was a passenger collided with a Nissan Xterra and was rear-ended by a Chrysler LHS as the driver of the Nissan attempted to make a left turn off Reisterstown Road onto Naylors Lane.

2nd suspect in shooting surrenders to police

TOWSON - The second suspect in a Jan. 29 shooting in Towson has turned himself in, Baltimore County police said yesterday.

Charles Michael Sealover, 21, of the 3400 block of Liberty Gardens Road in the Milford Mill area surrendered Thursday and was charged with first-degree murder, police said.

Sealover and Jacob Lee Schuster, 21, of the 16200 block of Dark Hollow Road in Upperco are accused of shooting Shawn Thomas Shroyer, 25, during an argument that occurred near Naturo Road and Loch Raven Boulevard. Schuster surrendered to police Tuesday.

Both men are being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
