One of two men wanted by police in a fatal shooting Saturday in the Towson area surrendered yesterday afternoon, police said.

Jacob Lee Schuster, 21, of the 16200 block of Dark Hollow Road in Upperco was wanted on a charge of first-degree murder, police said. After hearing that he was being sought, he surrendered to police about 2 p.m. yesterday.

Police are seeking Charles Michael Sealover, 23, of the 3400 block of Liberty Gardens Road in the Milford Mill area. He also is wanted on a first-degree murder warrant.

Police say the two were involved in the fatal shooting of Shawn Thomas Shroyer, 25, of the 1600 block of Naturo Road in Towson.

About 1 a.m. Saturday, Shroyer and the two suspects had an argument near the corner of Naturo Road and Loch Raven Boulevard, after which Shroyer was shot, police said.

Shawn Vinson, a Baltimore County police spokesman, said police do not know what the argument was about. Police are looking for witnesses to determine what happened, Vinson said.

Anyone with information about Sealover is asked to call Baltimore County police at 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-756-2587.
