On Saturday, January 8, 2005, SYLVIA FRANKEL (nee Steingart); beloved wife of the late Marty Frankel; loving mother of Helene Rodgville of Abingdon, MD and Martha Frankel of Boiceville, NY; mother-in-law of Harvey Rodgville and Steve Heller; loving grandmother of Mara Stacy Jones-Shiflet and Douglass F. Shiflet, Scott David and Megan C. Rodgville. Also survived by eight loving great-grandchildren. Funeral Services and interment will be held on Monday, January 10, 2 PM at Mt.
