Two Pasadena men have been arrested and charged with aggravated cruelty to an animal in the theft of a dog named Casper in Baltimore whose neck was later slashed, Anne Arundel County police said.
George Martin Treas, 22, of the 7100 block of Fort Smallwood Road, and Robert Lee Grim, 25, of the first block of Arundel Road, were arrested Saturday, police said. Grim, who police initially said lived in Brooklyn, was also charged with possession of 2.4 grams of heroin.
