December 28, 2004

The victim, Anthony Rettaliata Jr., 53, appeared to be driving erratically before his 1998 Chevrolet Lumina overturned near the shoulder of the highway, witnesses told police - an indication, police said, that he might have been experiencing a medical problem.

The lone occupant of the car, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
