Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Arrest: Reggie Blue of the 1700 block of E. 28th St. was arrested yesterday at a relative's home in Rocky Mount, N.C., by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a charge of attempted murder. Blue, 25, is accused in the Nov. 29 shooting of Greg Garrison, 24, in the 1700 block of Lamont Court. A second suspect, Chris Keeling, 25, of the 200 block of Bethel Court was arrested Dec. 13 in Baltimore.

Theft: Someone entered a patient's room at Johns Hopkins Hospital Monday and stole a cell phone valued at $200.

Northern District

Arrest: Police have arrested Tyrell Coleman, 29, of the 1600 block of Darley Ave. on charges of attempted murder in the shooting of off-duty Officer James Ryan. The victim was stepping from his car in the 400 block of Merryman's Lane about 6 p.m. on Dec. 1 as Coleman was allegedly shooting at another man, and was wounded in an elbow. Coleman was arrested Thursday in the 3200 block of Greenmount Ave. while waiting for his girlfriend to get off work.

Robbery: A 21-year-old woman told police she arrived by cab in the 100 block of Taplow Road about 8 p.m. Monday, and was ordered out by the driver after he robbed her of a cell phone valued at $150.

Burglary: At least 55 DVDs and a DVD player were stolen Monday from an apartment in the 2500 block of Edgecombe Circle South by someone who entered through a patio door.

Southeastern District

Theft: Music equipment and CDs -- all valued at $750 -- were stolen Monday from a 2004 Ford Expedition parked in the 3100 block of E. Baltimore St.

Robbery: Calvin Johnson, 33, was walking in the 100 block of N. Chester St. about 1:30 a.m. Monday when a gunman robbed him of his wallet and keys.

Burglary: A laptop computer valued at $2,000 was stolen Monday from a house in the 100 block of S. Patterson Park Ave.

Southern District

Stolen vehicle: A 1996 Pontiac Grand Am with tags MZA 498 was stolen Monday in the 2100 block of Annapolis Road.

Burglary: Someone broke into Cristoforo's Castle restaurant in the 3700 block of Potee St. through the roof Monday and stole several CDs and a quantity of liquor.

Theft from vehicle: Power tools valued at $300 were stolen Monday from a truck parked in the 600 block of Washington Blvd.

Baltimore County

Franklin Precinct

Burglary: Several computers and monitors were stolen from a real estate firm in the 600 block of Reisterstown Road between Friday and Monday.

Wilkens Precinct

Burglary: A concrete saw valued at $850 was stolen Monday from Rental Supply Co. in the 3900 block of Washington Blvd.
