AACC offers quick, intense courses in winter term

Highly motivated students can earn college credit in about two weeks by signing up for one of Anne Arundel Community College's winter term courses.

The accelerated courses move quickly, so they are recommended for students who have had success in a regular term. In the Jan. 3-14 winter term, students will be responsible for the same amount of material covered in a regular 13- or 15-week format.

Participants will be able to choose from 23 classroom, five telecourse or two online offerings. Introductory courses are offered in special education, therapeutic massage, business, first aid, lifesaving education, computers, personal health, fitness and hospitality standards.

Registration is under way. Information: 410-647-7100.
