On Wednesday, December 15, 2004, CHARLES R. (DICK), devoted father of Richard L. and Thomas E. Owen, brother of Frances Kegley. Also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters. Friends may call on Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A., 3111 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD, where Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 11 A.M. Interment private.
