On December 1, 2004, DAVID MICHAEL, age 48; beloved son of the late Charles and Kathryn Cage; beloved brother of August L., John F. and Ronald W. Cage and Carol A. Glorioso and Frances E. Basham and the late Charles E. Cage, Jr. and Anna May Miles. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
