Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Arrest: Troy Frazier, of the 8300 block of Charmel Drive in Woodlawn, was about to appear at a hearing in Baltimore District Court yesterday in an unrelated case when he was arrested by the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a charge of attempted murder. Frazier, 20, is charged in the Aug. 2 shooting of Devin Addison, 21, in the 1800 block of E. 28th St.

Southwestern District

Arrrest: Trevis Bryant, 16, of the 5000 block of Denmore Ave., was arrested at his home yesterday on a warrant charging him as an adult with attempted murder in the shooting Oct. 30 of Wayne Pennington, 46, in the 5100 block of Dickey Hill Road.

Eastern District

Arrests: Two people were arrested yesterday on warrants charging them with attempted murder in the shooting June 29 of a 16-year-old boy in the 1600 block of N. Patterson Park Ave. Arrested in the 2400 block of E. Lanvale St. was Reginald Ransom, 24, of the 1800 block of N. Montford Ave. Dionte Williams, 17, of the 600 block of Dumbarton Ave., was arrested at Eastside District Court moments before he was to appear for an unrelated charge. Williams is charged as an adult.

Shooting: An argument about a woman Monday night between two men in the 1700 block of Lamont Ave. ended Monday night when one shot the other in a leg. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Robbery: A 21-year-old man was standing in the 1900 block of E. Lafayette Ave. about 6:15 p.m. Monday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of a cell phone, leather jacket, pair of boots and $15.

Western District

Robbery: Three men, one with a handgun, forced their way into a house in the 2300 block of Reisterstown Road about 11 a.m. Monday and robbed an occupant of two cell phones and cash.

Southern District

Robbery: Travis Cleveland, 24, an Army soldier, was walking in the 1500 block of W. Patapsco Ave. about 9 p.m. Monday when another man asked him for a cigarette. When Cleveland said he had none, the man struck him in the face with a gas can and robbed him of $60.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: A 28-year-old man was in the 200 block of Eastern Blvd. about 8:20 p.m. Monday when three men robbed him of a cell phone and his jacket.

North Point Precinct

Robbery: A pizza deliveryman was robbed in the 7300 block of Old Battle Grove Road Monday night of money and keys.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: Three men robbed a food deliveryman of more than $100, a cell phone and food in the first block of Solar Circle about 7:30 p.m. Monday.
