Hadlock, Chodnicki advance at Constellation
Constellation Energy Group Inc. named Kevin W. Hadlock director-investor relations for the utility company and Kenneth B. Chodnicki vice president and regional leader of the Mid-Atlantic office of its subsidiary, Constellation NewEnergy.
In his new role, Hadlock is responsible for managing the company's relationships with shareholders and analysts. Before joining the Baltimore-based energy provider, the Northwestern University management graduate was with General Motors Corp.
Chodnicki, formerly with International Business Machines Corp., has more than 21 years of domestic and international sales experience.

Dischinger, Spear take posts at GKV
GKV Communications appointed Lindsley Dischinger a project manager and Debbie Spear a media planner for the Locust Point-headquartered advertising, public relations, branding and communications firm.
Dischinger, a graduate of the University of Richmond, manages daily activity of clients' accounts, drafts status reports and handles media authorizations. A resident of Towson, she is active with the American Marketing Association.
Spear, formerly with Siquis, provides media planning, negotiation and placement. A resident of Baltimore, she is a graduate of Caulfield Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.

BioElectronics Corp. said Thomas J. O'Connor joined the Frederick-based developer of advanced, disposable, therapeutic medical devices as vice president of operations and chief financial officer. He formerly was a senior vice president with SXC Health Solutions
