On October 25, 2004 BERTHA S. (nee Mach), beloved wife of the late Henry A. Fabiszak, Sr., dear mother of Henry A. Fabiszak, Jr. and Carolyn Krysiak, mother-in-law of Geraldine Fabiszak and the late Charles Krysiak, sister of Agatha Kensicki, sister-in-law of Martha Mach. Also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Christian Wake service at Kaczorowski Funeral Home P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue, on Wednesday at 3 P.M.
