CoStar Group Inc.

Shares of the Bethesda-based provider of building data to the commercial real estate industry tumbled $2.65, or 6.1 percent, to $40.97 yesterday. The company has lost more than 12 percent in the past four trading days.


Google Inc.

Shares of the owner of the world's most-used Internet search engine rose $15.07, or 8.7 percent, to close at $187.40 yesterday in the second trading session after the company said its third-quarter profit more than doubled. Earlier in the day, the shares touched a record high of $194.43.
