Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Central District

Robbery: An attendant at Universal Parking in the 900 block of N. Charles St. was walking across the lot about 8:45 p.m. Saturday when a gunman pushed him between two parked cars and robbed him of $100. When the 20-year-old victim struggled to get away, the robber's gun discharged, sending a bullet into the side of an unoccupied Range Rover vehicle.

Theft from vehicle: A laptop computer valued at $1,500 was stolen Saturday from a 1999 Chevrolet truck parked in the 200 block of S. Howard St.

Southern District

Assault: A 13-year-old girl attending a party in the 3400 block of Spelman Road Friday night was trying to break up a fight between her sister and another girl when she was cut on the head and neck with a box cutter wield by her sister's attacker. The victim was treated at Harbor Hospital Center. No arrest had been made.

Assault: Someone threw a rock from the CSX Railroad overpass above Russell Street that shattered the windshield of a northbound 1996 Audi about 6 p.m. Friday. The driver, a resident of Perry Hall, was not injured.

Robbery: After stopping in the 1100 block of Bayard St. about 9 p.m. Saturday, an unlicensed cabbie was robbed of $27 and a cell phone by three men he had picked up earlier. When they tried to force the driver into the trunk, he fled. The robbers stole the car, but abandoned it nearby.

Western District

Burglary: A DVD player, stereo equipment and a cellular phone - all worth $260 - were stolen over the weekend from a house in the 1100 block of Riggs Ave.

Southwestern District

Shooting/robbery: A man was walking in the 2100 block of Frederick Ave. about 7:30 p.m. Friday when he was stopped by a gunman who demanded his money. When the victim refused to comply, he turned to flee and was shot in the right side. The gunman then robbed him of $80 as he lay on the ground. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Northern District

Cuttings: Three men were arguing outside a house in the 3600 block of Hickory Ave. about 11 p.m. Saturday when one cut the other two with a knife. During the incident, the assailant's dog attacked one of the injured men. The victims were treated at Union Memorial Hospital for minor back injuries.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Rape: A 17-year-old girl told police that after accompanying a man to a vacant house in the first block of E. Fitzgerald Court about 11:30 p.m. Friday, she was raped, choked with an electric cord and passed out. When she awoke the next morning, the girl called police. She was treated at Greater Baltimore Medical Center for neck lacerations.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone stole five sets of car keys from an office at M & M Auto Sales in the 1600 block of E. Joppa Road early Saturday, and tried to drive away in a 1999 BMW. However, the thief was unable to crash through a fence and abandoned the car.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: Two gunmen robbed a boy, 16, of $3 and a cell phone in the 3400 block of Christopher Court about 5:20 p.m. Friday.
