EXTRA POINTS

BUSTED BRONCO?

Denver QB Jake Plummer looks much too erratic to deliver for the Broncos in the postseason. He might be good enough to win the weak AFC West, but he's not a big-game quarterback.

NICE CATCH

Texans WR Andre Johnson, who had two acrobatic TD catches vs. Minnesota, is showing why he was the third pick in the 2003 draft.

PICKED OFF

For the second straight week, Raiders QB Kerry Collins lived down to his turnover reputation and threw three interceptions in a big loss.

RAGGED LINE

The NFL should let Ricky Williams return for one game only and have him run every play behind the Dolphins' woeful offensive line.

HOT SEAT

Add Jim Haslett's name to the list of endangered coaches after the Saints lost to a winless team for the second straight week.

NEW LEASE IN TAMPA BAY

Cut after failing in Denver and Miami, QB Brian Griese resurrected his career when he produced the Bucs' first victory of the season in relief of injured Chris Simms. The knock on Griese - lack of leadership - wasn't evident against New Orleans yesterday.
