NOW OR NEVER

The '80s are back! Maybe you have seen proof in the preponderance of ruffled skirts and polo shirts with upturned collars. The decade's return will be even more evident Sunday in Federal Hill when Concrete Blonde headlines the Street Beat Festival.

Stages will be set up at Charles and Hamburg streets, as well as Cross and Light streets and Charles and West streets. Musical performances will run from noon to 7 p.m. Other groups featured at the festival include the Bridge, Ballyhoo, Eleven 54 and Fools and Horses.

Vendors, exhibitors and a family area will also be featured.

The center of the Street Beat Festival is at South Charles and Cross streets in Federal Hill. Admission is $3. For more information, visit www.historicfederalhill.org or call 410-727-4500.
