Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Arrest: Deandre Lemmon, 15, was arrested yesterday near his home in the 900 block of W. Saratoga St. on a warrant charging him as an adult with attempted murder. He is charged in the Aug. 2 shooting of Antwan Bowens, 19, near the victim's home on Fairview Avenue.

Arrest: Dwayne Fair, 25, was arrested Saturday outside his home in the 1200 block of N. Calvert St. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder. He is charged with shooting Michael Crawford, 26, also of the 1200 block of N. Calvert St., about 6 p.m. on Sept. 15 in the 1100 block of N. Carey St.

Southwestern District

Carjacking: Two men forced a 40-year-old man at gunpoint from his 1997 Dodge Caravan in the 1900 block of N. Dukeland St. early Sunday. They took the vehicle, which had tags 297M276.

Baltimore County

Franklin Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking a gunman who robbed the 7-Eleven in the first block of Greenwood Place of an undisclosed sum of money about 6 p.m. Sunday. Before fleeing, the gunman demanded a customer's keys. When told the keys were in the car parked outside, the gunman got in but was not able to start the vehicle. The gunman then fled on foot.

Woodlawn Precinct

Assault: A man armed with a semiautomatic handgun tried to enter an apartment in the 6700 block of Townbrook Drive about 8:40 p.m. Sunday, but fled when the 37-year-old male occupant grabbed the weapon and removed its magazine.
