On Friday, October 1, 2004, ADDA NOERR SCARBOROUGH, 90, at the Hermitage in Onancock, VA. The widow of Dr. C. Parke Scarborough, Jr, of Baltimore, MD. She is survived by her son Dr. C. Parke Scarborough, III, two granddaughters, Rebecca Scarborough Bresee, and Christian Scarborough Parks, one step-grandson, Neill C. Bradley and five great-grandchildren. Born in Punxetawney, PA in 1914, Mrs. Scarborough was the daughter of the late Paul Noerr and Frances Ellis. She was pre-deceased by a brother, Paul Noerr, and a sister, Kathleen Noerr Hunter. Mrs. Scarborough was a graduate of Goucher College, a member of Roland Park Presbyterian Church in Baltimore, a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and many other civic and charitable organizations. A Memorial Service will be conducted at a future date. Arrangements by the Williams-Onancock Funeral Home.
