Bramble Hills well added to county master plan

The Carroll County Planning and Zoning Commission approved the addition of the Bramble Hills subdivision in Westminster to the master plan for water and sewer yesterday. The county took over the operation of the private well that supplies water to the community of 12 homes in June.
