Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Suspect sought: Reginald Tyrone Marshall, 41, whose address was unknown, has been charged in a warrant with first-degree murder in the Aug. 5 shooting of Darrell A. Alexander, 35, outside Mo's Fisherman's Wharf Restaurant in the 200 block of President St. After leaving the Little Italy restaurant, Alexander was gunned down and died at the scene. Arrested the next day and charged with Alexander's killing was Antoine Harris Sr., 33, of the 1700 block of Division St. Anyone knowing Marshall's whereabouts was urged to call the homicide squad at 410-396-2100.

Northeastern District

Arrests: Two men were arrested separately yesterday on warrants charging them with attempted murder in the shooting July 24 of Calvin Fenner Jr., 22, in the 1600 block of Abbotston St. Arrested in the 2000 block of Waterview Ave. was Devin Addison, 21, of the 2500 block of Harford Road. Arrested in the 4700 block of Ivanhoe Ave. was Damien Dupree, 21, of the 3400 block of Erdman Ave.

Shooting/Arrest: Bryant Mathews, 20, of the 5500 block of Force Road, was arrested Sunday after barricading himself in his home and was charged with shooting fellow resident Warren Ballard, 40, in the back during an argument there that day. Ballard was listed in fair condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Northwestern District

Shooting: A gunman shot a 41-year-old man in the left forearm Sunday afternoon as they argued in the 4300 block of Park Heights Ave. The victim was treated at Sinai Hospital.

Robbery: Three men, one with a handgun, forced their way into a house in the 3400 block of W. Belvedere Ave. about 3 a.m. Sunday and assaulted and robbed a 64-year-old male occupant of $900.

Western District

Purse snatch: A 43-year-old woman was walking in the 2600 block of Francis St. about 2:20 a.m. Sunday when a man stole her purse with more than $300 and an MTA disability pass.

Southern District

Theft: A propeller valued at $500 was stolen Sunday from an outboard motorboat parked in the 3000 block of Huron St.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Burglary: A videocassette recorder and a CD player were stolen over the weekend from a classroom trailer at Our Lady of Mount Carmel School.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A Pittsburgh Steelers flag was stolen Sunday from the front porch of a house in the 3800 block of E. Joppa Road.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered Pizza Hut in the 1600 block of E. Joppa Road on Sunday and removed $600 from a safe.
