FORMULA ONE: Jaguar and parent company Ford announced that they are pulling out at end of this season.

Baseball

MLB: Suspended Phillies P Billy Wagner two games for inappropriate behavior after his ejection from last Saturday's game against Mets. ... Suspended Rangers P Frank Francisco for rest of season and fined him for inappropriate actions and reckless disregard for safety and well-being of fans in Monday's game against Athletics. Suspended Rangers P Doug Brocail seven games and fined him for inappropriate actions and inciting benches-clearing incident in Monday's game. Suspended Rangers P Carlos Almanzar and hitting coach Rudy Jaramillo five games and fined them for inappropriate actions during the incident. Francisco, Brocail and Almanzar appealed.

EXPOS: Recalled IF Josh Labandeira from Double-A Harrisburg.

GIANTS: Announced two-year affiliation agreement with Single-A Augusta.

ROYALS: Purchased contract of 2B Donnie Murphy from Single-A Wilmington. Transferred P Nate Field from 15- to 60-day DL.
