The "Best of Both Worlds Tour," with R. Kelly and Jay-Z, makes a stop at the MCI Center in Washington on Oct. 7.

Wilco plays the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall on Sept. 28.

The Morgan State University Choir and the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra will honor the late Dr. Nathan M. Carter in a memorial concert on Sept. 17 at Gilliam Concert Hall. Admission is free, but tickets are required. Call 443-885-4443 for more information.
