HARRY W. "SLUG" SCHLEGELMILCH, 78, of Severna Park, MD, formerly of Claysburg, died August 24, in Annapolis. He was born August 8, 1928 in Kankalee, IL, the son of Harry and Ruth (Greene) Schlegelmilch on November 23, 1950 in Claysburg. He married Louise Wright, his high school sweetheart. Mr. Schlegelmilch was a member of the Severna Park United Methodist Church. He retired as a vice-president of Arundel Corp., Baltimore, with eighteen years service and was previously employed by General Refractories for thirty-five years. He was a 1944 graduate of Claysburg High School, PA and a 1950 graduate of Gettysburg College. He was an army veteran of WWII. Surviving are his wife: a son, Clifford (wife, Sheryl); two grandchildren, Mark and Maria; two sisters, Irene Acker of Martinsburg, PA and Florence Miller of Harrisburg, PA; a sister-in-law, Mary Hileman, of Claysburg, PA and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, September 11, at the Severna Park United Methodist Church.
