Brooke Ingram takes post at Bayview Medical Center
Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center announced the appointment of Brooke Ingram as director of redevelopment and construction. She is responsible for development projects for the East Baltimore medical facility. Formerly with Whiting Turner Contracting Co., she also operated her own firm, Chesapeake Project Management Inc. The Manchester resident is a Virginia Polytechnic Institute graduate and has also earned an M.B.A. degree from Loyola College.

Robert S. Collins joins Whiteford, Taylor, Preston
Whiteford, Taylor & Preston admitted Robert S. Collins to the Baltimore-based law firm as counsel in its business and corporate and technology and intellectual property law groups. A graduate of the George Washington University law school, he was formerly a partner in the firm of Gordon & Glickson LLC. He is active in the American and Maryland bar associations and is a member of the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations and the Springboard Venture Capital Conference.
