Gallion, Marvin Kenneth

MR. MARVIN KENNETH GALLION, 72, passed away September 3, 2004, a the Morris Center following a lengthy illness. Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, he was a retired plasterer working for many years with John H. Hampshire Construction Company. He was a Korean War Veteran receiving the Purple Heart, a member of the V.F.W. Post 2678, Edgemere, MD. Mr. Gallion moved to St. Augustine, Florida two years ago following his retirement. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Corey Gallion Connelly. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Doris Bledsoe Gallion; daughters, Karen Marie Gallion, Susan Lynne Buschman and her husband Jeffrey; sisters, Doris Griffin and Violet Scott; grandchildren, Christopher Scott Connelly and Kasey Lee Buschman; great-granddaughter, Taylor, and a number of nieces and nephews. Mr. Gallion's family will honor his request for private services and cremation. Arrangements by Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 950 Park Avenue, Orange Park, Florida, 32073.
