September 04, 2004

A man and a woman have been arrested and charged in connection with the killing last month of 19-year-old Robert Joseph, who was shot in 400 block of N. Streeper St. in East Baltimore, according to court documents.

Police said Joseph was involved in an altercation with Tyrah Adams of the 800 block of N. Rose St. and several other women shortly before he was shot.

Adams, 24, has been charged with offenses that include conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, the court documents state.

Eric Bogues, 21, was arrested Thursday and charged with first-degree murder, prosecutors said.

Bogues' address was not provided.

Both are being held at the Central Booking and Intake Center.
