CHEN, hitter

A returning All-Metro pick, the 5-7 senior has a 25-inch vertical leap that helped her produce six kills a game, and a powerful jump serve that resulted in 74 aces.

Tiffany Johnson

Arundel, hitter

A two-time All-Anne Arundel County and second-team All-Metro choice, the powerful 5-11 senior had 148 kills, 27 aces, 79 blocks and served 79 percent.

Stacey Krebs

Liberty, hitter

The Carroll County co-Player of the Year and first-team All-Metro pick led the Lions to their first state title. The 6-foot senior averaged 3.1 kills and served .926 percent.

Kellie Krouse

Towson, hitter

A first-team All-Metro pick, the 5-7 senior led the Generals to their third consecutive state final last year by averaging 3.8 kills and a 46 percent hitting efficiency.

Meghan McConville

Liberty, hitter

The other part of the Lions' dynamic duo with Stacey Krebs, the 5-11 senior All-Metro pick and Carroll County co-Player of the Year averaged 3.2 kills for the 2A state champs.

Margot Phelan

Centennial, hitter

An All-Howard County pick last year, the 5-8 senior had 107 kills, 179 digs and 48 aces for the 3A state semifinalist Eagles.

Rebecca Tursell

Glenelg, hitter

One of the top hitters in the area, this fundamentally sound 5-11 senior averaged 3.27 kills and had 48 aces for the 2A state finalists.

Brittany Umetin

CHEN, setter

The Bravehearts' 5-5 senior floor leader was an All-Baltimore City/County and second-team All-Metro pick after averaging 9.3 assists and amassing 35 kills and 45 aces.
