Baltimore County police have charged a 19-year-old man with sexually abusing two boys in his Perry Hall apartment.

Andrew Albert Truffer was arrested after a mother said that her 8-year-old son had been sexually abused while being baby-sat on several occasions, police said yesterday. She called police Aug. 24. Police said the boy had been forced to pose for nude photographs.

During the investigation, police said, a 13-year-old boy said he had been sexually abused several times and photographed while nude.

Police said they believe both boys were abused at Truffer's apartment, in the first block of Haylock Court. Police said they found photographs of the 8-year-old at the apartment.

Truffer was arrested Aug. 25 and charged with two counts each of second-degree sex offense, third-degree sex offense, fourth-degree sex offense, sodomy and sexual abuse of a minor, police said. He also is charged with a perverted practice and possession of child pornography, police said.

He was being held yesterday at the Baltimore County Detention Center in lieu of $250,000 bail.
