Ravens partner groups to get service training

The Baltimore Ravens have contracted with the Center for Workforce Solutions at Anne Arundel Community College to provide training to its partner groups' employees on standard guest services procedures. The center began the training at the stadium last month.

The team selected the center to provide customized instruction for its partner groups, including Safe Management, Aramark and Central Parking. Participating employees include parking lot attendants, security personnel, club-level bartenders and managers.

The center, formerly Workforce Development and Business Services, provides programs for high-demand industries as well as information technology certification programs. Training areas include information technology, organizational development, leadership, customer/guest services, OSHA, Command Spanish, AchieveGlobal and DDI. Information: 410-777-2927.
