Ottawa 3, Rochester 2: Geronimo Gil hit a two-run double to right field with two out in the ninth inning to lift the visiting Lynx (54-64) over the Red Wings (59-60). Tim Byrdak (2-0) pitched 1 2/3 innings of relief to get the win. Mark DiFelice got his first save. Scott Baker (0-2) took the loss.

Double-A Eastern League

Harrisburg 10, Bowie 9: Josh McKinley hit two home runs and had five RBIs to lead the visiting Senators (42-75) past the Baysox (60-58).

Single-A Carolina League

Frederick 4, Salem 3: Tripper Johnson hit a three-run homer in the fourth to carry the visiting Keys. Chris Carter hit an RBI single in the same inning for Frederick (21-24).

Augusta 7, Hagerstown 6, 10 innings: The visiting Suns (15-30) have lost four in a row.
