Jeffers promoted to VP, Cole joins NAI KLNBNAI KLNB

Management promoted Bryant Jeffers to vice president, property accounting, and appointed Robert L. Cole Jr. as building engineer.

Jeffers manages the accounting group and is responsible for preparation of month-end statements, general ledger and the creation and review of annual budgets. A certified public accountant, the Reisterstown resident is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Cole oversees preventive maintenance and repair of building systems, controls and equipment, and supervise new systems installation in Baltimore-area managed buildings. A resident of Manchester, he is a graduate of the Carroll County Career and Technology Center.

Nothstein joins Ober/Kaler health law practice

Ober/Kaler named Emily H. Nothstein as resident in its health law department. She will represent health care providers, nursing homes, laboratories as well as drug and medical products companies. Formerly with the Towson firm of Hodes, Ulman, Pessin & Katz, the Canton resident holds law and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Maryland.

New Positions

Curran, Donoghue, Bahal take senior posts with FTI

Randall E. Curran, Patrick J. Donoghue and Anuj Bahal have joined FTI Consulting Inc. as senior managing directors in the Annapolis firm's corporate finance/restructuring practice.

FTI is a national provider as well of forensic, litigation and economic consulting services.

Curran, formerly chairman and chief executive officer of ICG Communications, joins the interim management services team. A certified public accountant and M.B.A. graduate of Loyola University (Chicago), he works in the firm's Denver office.

Donoghue leads the transaction advisory services office in New York. He was a managing director at Standard & Poor's and a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. A graduate of Iona College, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Bahal, who works in the New York office, is a former managing director at Standard & Poor's. He holds an M.B.A. from Manchester Business School in England and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England & Wales).
