Items for military donated in return for autographs

Carrolltown Center recently collected more than 1,000 pounds of items for U.S. military troops serving in Iraq in exchange for autographs from Baltimore Ravens players.

The Arena Sports Cards and Games asked patrons who wanted autographs to bring in snack items, books, games and personal care items for troops.

Patrons donating items were given a ticket for a free autograph from the four players: corner back Sam Massey, defensive tackle Matt Zielinski, and wide receivers Devard Darling and Javin Hunter.

Radio station 1300 AM will send the donated items to U.S. military in Iraq.
