Baltimore City

Western District

Shooting/arrest: Brandon Haynie, 26, of the 900 block of N. Bentalou St. was arrested yesterday by the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a charge of attempted murder in the shooting of his 17-year-old brother Byron on July 11.

Southern District

Arrest: A man charged in a warrant with robbing four people July 18 in the 800 block of W. Lombard St., including an off-duty city police officer with whom he allegedly exchanged gunfire, surrendered to police yesterday at Central Booking and Intake Center. Jason Kee, 24, of the 6200 block of Northwood Drive is charged with attempted murder and four counts of armed robbery.

Central District

Theft: A surveyor's transit valued at $3,000 was stolen Wednesday from a truck parked in the first block of N. Eutaw St.

Baltimore County

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: Two gunmen robbed Gibby's Seafood in the first block of W. Padonia Road about 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, forcing three employees into a walk-in freezer and taking an undisclosed sum from a safe.
