Yankees update
Only the St. Louis Cardinals have won more games than the Yankees, though New York is dealing with a few health issues. Mike Mussina went on the disabled list with a sore elbow, and Jason Giambi continues to be weakened by an intestinal parasite, with Tony Clark replacing him at first base. Fred McGriff worked out at the Yankees' training complex in Tampa, Fla., the past two days. Hernandez left his last start after two innings with a leg injury, but the Yankees posted their 38th come-from-behind win, the most in the majors. The Yankees swept the Orioles in New York in early June, though they trailed in all three games.
