Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Robbery/shooting: An unidentified off-duty police officer was one of four people robbed of money and valuables by a pair of bandits, one of them armed with a gun, about 3 a.m. Sunday while walking in the 800 block of W. Lombard St. The officer reported that he followed the pair in his car and exchanged shots with the gunman in the 800 block of Lemmon St. No one was injured, but one bullet struck the car's radiator. The robbers escaped.

Arrest: Darcell Wall, 32, was arrested yesterday at her home in the 2600 block of Park Heights Terrace on a warrant charging her with attempted murder. She is accused in the stabbing of Carolyn Myers at the victim's home in the 2100 block of Hollins St. on May 15, 1995.

Arrest: The victim of an assault early Sunday gave Officer Daniel Casey information on where the assailant could be found. Casey entered a house in the 3400 block of Spelman Road and arrested resident David Weston, 37, on charges of assault and possession of narcotics.

Shooting: A man, 35, was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot in the right arm about 10 p.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of W. Patapsco Ave.

Theft: Four 20-inch tires, their rims and spinners, stereo speakers, 100 CDs and several DVDs -- all valued at $5,100 -- were stolen over the weekend from a 2003 Ford Explorer parked in the 1400 block of Patapsco St.

Southeastern District

Arrest: Antonio Smith, 18, and Brent Ross, 21, were arrested Friday at their home in the first block of N. Lakewood Ave. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on charges of first-degree murder. Smith and Ross are accused in the July 11 shooting of Gwendolyn Boykins, 45, in her home in the 100 block of N. Ellwood Ave. A motive was not known.

Northern District

Arrest: A man suspected in several carjackings and robberies in the city was arrested last week in Wilmington, Del., by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force and U.S. marshals. Toussaint Jones, 28, of no fixed address, was charged in a warrant with carjacking a woman July 4 in the 100 block of W. 25th St. He was held at Central Booking and Intake Center in that case and on several other detainers.

Central District

Theft: Luggage containing an Air Force uniform and other property was stolen Sunday from a 1998 Saturn station wagon in the 200 block of E. Mount Royal Ave.

Theft: Clothing and shoes valued at $155 were stolen yesterday from a 2001 Toyota Celica parked in the first block of S. Gay St.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Burglary/arrests: Two Baltimore men -- Cornell Johnson, 19, of the 700 block of Cator Ave., and Brandon Grimes, 19, of the 800 block of Cator -- were arrested Saturday and charged with stealing a 2004 motor scooter that day from the front yard of a house in the 8300 block of Kendale Road. The scooter was recovered.

Franklin Precinct

Robbery: A man entered the 7-Eleven store in the 1400 block of Greenwood Road about midnight Saturday, jumped over the counter, pushed a clerk aside and removed an undisclosed sum of money from a cash register.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Two bicycles, valued at $1,300, were stolen Sunday from a shed in the 3400 block of Lambros Road.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: A riding lawnmower valued at more than $5,000 was stolen over the weekend in the 14800 block of Priceville Road.
