NASCAR: Fined Busch Series crew chiefs Jay Guy and Scott Riefner $2,500 each for rules violations that occurred during the race weekend of July at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway. Fined Busch Series crew chiefs Kevin Payne, Julian Burgess and Larry Shore $250 each.
