Imagery and pattern

Vintage imagery and delicate patterns are the focus of Melodie Provenzano's works at Chestnut Street's Goya Contemporary.

The New York artist's paintings and works on paper will remain on display at the gallery through Sept. 6.

`Heliotrope Bouquet 6'

Drawing, painting and several other media are on display in Heliotrope Bouquet 6, a group show featuring the works of more than 20 local artists.

The 38 pieces, many of which are for sale and range in price from $50 to $2,200, will remain on view at Anne Arundel Community College's Cade Gallery through July 16.

The Cade Center for Fine Arts Gallery is on the campus of Anne Arundel Community College at 101 College Parkway, Arnold. Hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. weekdays and 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Mondays. Call 410-647-7100.
