Constellation Energy promoted Jeanne M. Blondia to treasurer

Constellation Energy promoted Jeanne M. Blondia to treasurer, responsible for managing the company's relations with credit agencies, overseeing capital market activity and leading finanical analysis related to strategic acquisitions.

She replaces Thomas E. Ruszin, who has been named to the new position of vice president of total rewards and human resources services. Ruszin will be responsible for employee compensation and benefit programs, payroll services, retiree services and pension plan investment and administration.

Speicher a sales director for Celeste Contract

Celeste Contract Packaging, a supplier and maker of custom packaging, appointed Jeffrey R. Speicher as sales director in its medical contract manufacturing sector. Prior to joining the Easton-based company, the Bowling Green State University engineering graduate was with Hermitage Hospital Products.

Douglas Mann is appointed VP of finance at MICA

Maryland Institute College of Art named Douglas Mann as vice president for finance. Formerly chief financial officer at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Mann is a certified public accountant and earned graduate degrees from the State University of New York and Georgetown University.

Loyola names Sawyer to administration post

Loyola College in Maryland appointed Terrence Sawyer vice president for administration. Formerly a special assistant to the president of Loyola for community and government relations and trustee affairs, he will continue to oversee those efforts in his new role and in addition supervise the public safety, environmental health and human resources departments.

CompuDyne taps Bonkelif for chief operating officer

CompuDyne Corp. named Maurice Boukelif as chief operating officer. Formerly the vice president of operations for the electronic security solutions division of Honeywell International Corp., he will be responsible for all operations activities of the Hanover-based security products, integration and technology company and will report to the chief executive officer.

Dottie Paxton to manage Columbia Bank branch

The Columbia Bank promoted Dottie C. Paxton to assistant vice president and branch manager for the Howard County financial institution. She is responsible for daily operations of its Wilde Lake branch, as well as the coordination of new business development and customer and community relations.
