He is survived by his wife "Lee" Cyrilla Parlett; father of Debbie Blaise, York, PA, Jack Holt, Wattsville, VA, Wiliiam Holt, Baltimore Co, MD and the late Michael Gordon; son of the late Marion Ellwood Parlett and Agnes Cecilia Romig; brother of Peggy Steiner, Bethany Beach, DE, Nancy Teal, Baltimore Co, MD, Marry Huber, Hoopers Island, MD, Ann Ptak, Baltimore, MD, and Robin Bradney, Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Fox & Holston Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 2, 2004 from 7 to 9 P.M. and Thursday, June 3, 2004 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M., with a Catholic Rosary service at 4:30 P.M. Funeral service will be held at Horntown Baptist Church, Friday, June 4, 2004 at 11 A.M. Interment in John W. Taylor Memorial Cemetery, Temperanceville, VA.
