Columbus 11, Ottawa 1: The host Clippers (23-19) jumped to a big lead with a six-run second inning. Brad Halsey gave up one run in six innings to earn the victory. Sean Bergman took the loss for the Lynx (17-28), surrendering eight runs in three innings.

Double-A Eastern League

Single-A Carolina League

Wilmington 9, Frederick 5: The host Blue Rocks (23-22) rallied from an early deficit and scored two runs in each of the seventh and eighth innings to break a 5-5 tie with the Keys (8-35). Shortstop Mike Aviles drove in four for the Blue Rocks.

Single-A South Atlantic League

Hagerstown 4, Delmarva 3: The host Suns (18-26) scored three runs in the first, including one on a wild pitch, and scored on a passed ball in the fourth in beating the Shorebirds (20-24). Kelyn Acosta (3-3) went six innings for the win. Tim Alvarez pitched a scoreless ninth for his ninth save. Cory Harris homered, had two RBIs and went 3-for-4 for Delmarva. James Johnson (1-3) was the loser.
