Watts, Carlton "Bumpsy"

CARLTON "BUMPSY" WATTS, 72, of Baltimore, MD., residing in Clarksburg, WV., died May 11, 2004 in the Heartland Nursing Home, Clarksburg. He was the son of George and Catherine Watts of Baltimore, Md. Carlton's immediate family consisted of four brothers; Emmet Watts, Kenneth Watts, George Watts and William Watts; three sister; Catherine Watts, Janet Watts and Elizabeth Watts; one son; Gary Thomas Watts of MD and four grandchildren Kristen Watts, Megan Watts, Brittany Watts and Carlton Thomas Watts of MD. Carlton served in the Armed Forces during the Korean War. Returning to the states he worked in Ship Yards and Construction around the Baltimore area and later for the State of Maryland for 17 years in Drug and Alcohol Rehab Centers as house manager and a Nurses Aide. Carlton was a honored member of AA for 32 years. In 1998 he retired and moved to West Virginia with his companion of 12 years, Janet Brewer and resided at 121 Ocello St., Clarksburg, until his illness. Carlton is being cremated and his ashes are being buried at the West Virginia National Cemetery, in Taylor County
