Triple-A International League

Toledo 3, Ottawa 0: Brant Ust had a double and knocked in two runs and the Mudhens' pitchers didn't allow an extra-base hit in shutting out the visiting Lynx (16-24). Toledo (20-20) has won three in a row, and Ottawa has lost three in a row.

Double-A Eastern League

Bowie 1, Akron 0: Dave Crouthers pitched seven scoreless innings to help shut out the visiting Aeros (19-19). Crouthers (3-1) allowed one hit and struck out eight. Jacobo Sequea came on in the ninth inning to record his eighth save. The Baysox (21-18) scored their run in the third when Ed Rogers singled to drive in Gary Cates.

Single-A Carolina League

Frederick 11, Myrtle Beach 10: Woody Cliffords' run-scoring single in the ninth inning lifted the host Keys (8-31) over the Pelicans (23-17), whose four-game winning streak ended.

Single-A South Atlantic League

Hickory 10, Delmarva 4: The host Crawdads (22-17) hit four homers, including two by Adam Boeve, to down the Shorebirds (20-19). Nyjer Morgan and Bobby Kingsbury hit their first and ninth homers, respectively, for Hickory.

Hagerstown 6, Kannapolis 4: Travis Ishikawa went 2-for-3 with a homer and two RBIs to power the Suns (16-23) past the host Intimidators (20-19). Hagerstown led 6-1 after seven innings before Kannapolis rallied with three runs in the eighth.
