Meals on Wheels seeks 8 sponsors for place mat production

Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland is looking for eight businesses or corporations to provide funding for the production of place mats for its clients in the Baltimore region.

Each business sponsor will have a 4-inch-by-4-inch corner of the two-sided place mat on which to place its business advertisement. The 11-inch-by- 17-inch plastic place mats will provide Meals on Wheels clients with program information such as meal content, inclement weather instructions, meal delivery schedule and a list of emergency supplies to keep on hand.

The place mats, a unique advertising opportunity for business sponsors, will be distributed this summer to approximately 1,560 current Meals on Wheels clients and to new clients. Information: Muriel Stone, 410-558-0932, Ext. 3016.
