White Sox update

Chicago slipped into a first-place tie with Minnesota in the AL Central after being swept by Toronto in a three-game series for the first time this season. The White Sox took two of three from the Orioles last week at Camden Yards, with Schoeneweis holding them to one run over seven innings to win the opener. Ainsworth allowed one run in six innings in the same game, but Mike DeJean took the loss in relief. The White Sox won the last game, 6-5, though Buehrle gave up 10 hits in 5 2/3 innings. Joe Crede homered in the first two games. The White Sox will be watching Orioles second baseman Brian Roberts after accusing him of stealing signs from second base. After going 51 straight innings without an error, the White Sox have committed seven in their past five games. The Orioles were swept in a three-game series at U.S. Cellular Field last season, scoring only three runs.
