Developers to meet with communities

Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County or projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county. The next meetings are:

Wednesday at 6 p.m. at 3766 Spring Meadow Drive, Ellicott City, for a proposal to build one home on 2.1648 acres there in Dunloggin II.

Thursday at 2 p.m. at 8000 Main St., Ellicott City, for a petition before the county Zoning Board for Waverly Gardens, Birmingham Way, Woodstock.

Thursday at 6 p.m. at Patapsco Manor, 5695 Main St., Elkridge, for a proposal to build 360 homes on 25.835 acres of Elkridge Crossing, 7255 Montgomery Road, Elkridge.

Thursday at 6:15 at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 12700 Hall Shop Road, Fulton, for a conditional-use proposal to build a gas station at Boarman's Meat Market, 13418 Clarksville Pike, Highland.
