When:Tonight through Sunday

Where: Most films will be shown at the five-screen Charles Theatre, 1711 N. Charles St. The opening-night celebration, a screening of seven short films, will take place at the Maryland Institute College of Art's Brown Center, 1301 Mount Royal Ave; other films will be shown at MICA throughout the festival. Saturday night, Riding Giants, a documentary look at the development of surfing and surf culture, will be shown at Bengies Drive-In, 3417 Eastern Blvd.

Tickets: Individual tickets for most films are $10, $8 for students and seniors; tickets for select films are $15, while tickets for late-night screenings are $5. Opening-night tickets, which include a post-film reception, are $35; tickets to the closing-night film and party are $25. All-access passes, which will get you into anything and everything the festival offers, are $250.
