Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Burglary/arrest: Officer Donner Powell was patrolling in the 100 block of W. Clement St. Monday afternoon when he noticed a man nearby carrying a Papa John's Pizza thermal bag. Knowing that a house in the 1200 block of Williams St. had been broken into that day and that such a bag and other property had been stolen, Powell stopped the man. After an investigation, police charged Darrell Pugh, 33, of the 1500 block of S. Hanover St. with the burglary. Other stolen property - a digital camera, video games and DVDs - was recovered.

Burglary: Thirty catalytic converters, all valued at $1,500, were stolen over the weekend from Red Dog Core Supply in the 1500 block of Bayard St.

Southeastern District

Stolen vehicles: A teal 1995 Plymouth Voyager minivan with handicap tags was stolen Monday in the 100 block of N. Janney St. A few hours later, a green four-door 1993 Dodge Spirit with tags MEP 244 was stolen in the 1200 block of Goucher Blvd. in Towson - where the stolen Plymouth Voyager was left.

Central District

Robbery: A man, 62, was robbed of $400 while walking in the 1200 block of Pennsylvania Ave. about 4 a.m. Monday. He told police he was stopped and asked for a cigarette by another man, who then pulled out a handgun.

Eastern District

Stolen vehicle: A gold 1990 Chevrolet Prism with tags FFS 195 was stolen Monday in the 1200 block of Federal St.

Southwestern District

Stolen vehicle: A white four-door 2003 Nissan Altima with tags LNB 557 was stolen Monday in the 3100 block of Frederick Ave.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Stabbing: A 19-year-old man was walking behind Martin Boulevard Shopping Center about 1:30 a.m. Monday when he was attacked by three males. During a brief altercation, he was stabbed with a knife in the right leg. The victim was treated at Franklin Square Hospital Center and released.

North Point Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered the bedroom of a house in the 1900 block of Oxley Road Monday and removed $5,000 from a metal security box.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A screw gun and circular saw were stolen Monday from a garage in the 3100 block of Hiss Ave.
