With the dollar's volatility against many foreign currencies, business travelers may be curious about how far their greenbacks will go overseas. Oanda.com has one of the best currency converters on the Internet, tracking currencies in 164 countries, from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe.

In addition to quick conversions, Oanda.com provides printable "cheat sheets" for on-the-fly conversions. The site also performs calculations with a spread of 1 to 10 percentage points above the Interbank rate, allowing users to estimate their true cost, including bank or credit card exchange fees.

And for currency exchange junkies, the site can track rates going back decades for certain currencies.
